Timothy J. Thibault joined the Treasure Coast Legal as a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) in September of 2009.  He has the pleasure of working under the senior partner Shaun T. Plymale, Esq. managing the pre-litigation personal injury department as well as the workers compensation department.

His last name is pronounced “Tebo” and yes, he does get ribbed a lot about the name living and working in South Florida!

Tim attended classes at Barry University, Florida Atlantic University and Indian River State College focused on a degree in Criminal Justice /Legal Assistant Technology. He was accepted to the Air Force Academy out of high school and is an Honorable Veteran of the United States Air Force. Later on he became a Certified Legal Assistant in 1988 and has completed well over fifty legal education seminars over the past thirty plus years in this profession.   He is also a founding member of the Palm Beach County Plaintiff Paralegal Association and previous Affiliate in good standing with The Association of Trial Lawyers of America dedicated to the promotion of growth and development of the paralegal profession.
