According to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, approximately 50,000 arrests are made each year in the state of Florida for Driving While Intoxicated or Driving Under the Influence (DWI/DUI).
Being arrested and charged with a DUI or DWI in Florida is a serious matter and the consequences don’t end when you are finished paying the fines, serving jail time or completing your community service.
When choosing an attorney for your defense, strongly consider hiring a DUI Defense Attorney who has served on the prosecution side and defense side of DUI cases. Shaun Plymale has handled thousands of DUI cases as a prosecutor, serving on the Statewide DUI Technical Advisory Board and teaching DUI case preparation at the Florida Highway Academy, Leon County Sheriff's Office and the Tallahassee Police Department. This invaluable experience makes him one of the most respected and well-recognized DUI Defense Attorneys in Martin County.
