Your chapter 13 plan payment will either be based on your income and what amount if any is left over each month to pay to your unsecured creditors or the amount your creditors would have received if you filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy this is your liquidation value, plus the amount required to catch up or cure your secured creditors plus the normal monthly payment for that item.
